Services

Commercial collection services

Every stage of business debt recovery, from a friendly demand to a court judgment, under one roof and one published rate card.

Commercial Debt Collection

Commercial debt collection is the recovery of unpaid invoices owed by one business to another. We verify the debtor, contact its decision-makers by phone, email and letter, negotiate payment or a plan, and escalate to a local attorney only with your approval. You pay a percentage of what we collect, and nothing if we collect nothing.

Pre-Collection Demand Letters

Pre-collection is a flat-fee demand series sent before an account goes to full collections. A short sequence of emails and letters, each with a payment link, recovers many early past-due invoices without a contingency fee. Anything still unpaid after 21 days can move to contingency collection.

Legal Collections & Attorney Network

Legal collection means filing suit against the debtor business, usually in the county where it is located, so a judgment can be enforced against its bank accounts and assets. We prepare the file, show you the costs and the collectability evidence, and forward it to a vetted local attorney only with your written approval.

Judgment Enforcement & Recovery

International Debt Collection

International debt collection is the recovery of unpaid invoices across borders. We work with in-country partner agencies and attorneys who speak the debtor's language and know local procedure, and we also collect from U.S. businesses on behalf of foreign creditors.

Business Skip Tracing & Asset Search

Business skip tracing locates a debtor company and the people who control it after it moves, changes its name or stops answering. We search Secretary of State filings, UCC liens, court records, bankruptcy filings and commercial data to find who to contact and what can be collected.

Bankruptcy Claim Filing

When a business customer files bankruptcy, the automatic stay stops all collection immediately. Creditors should file a proof of claim by the court's deadline to share in any distribution, and suppliers of goods delivered shortly before the filing may have priority rights. We file and monitor the claim for you.

Mechanic's Lien & Bond Claim Services

Mechanic's liens and payment bond claims are the strongest collection tools in construction, but they depend on strict state deadlines for preliminary notices, lien filing and enforcement. We track your deadlines, prepare notices and claims, and collect the balance.
